spring in your step

happy second day of spring! pretty grey in these parts but there are some buds coming up in the backyard here in mpls - it's amazing to see growing things after the winter we had.

in honor of spring i'm going to start jogging. there, i said it. rather, i'm going to start pretending to jog. i'm a terrible runner - i do a lot of walking, but as fred rohé says, in his 1974 the zen of running, "...you shouldn't let anyone tell you how to run, any more than you should let anyone tell you how to run your life..."
