my mom and i had a very successful excavation at rich's antiques up north last weekend. the place has always been on the itinerary when i visit home, but this time we really dug up some good "essentials," all 25% off, too! here are some of our finds.
1. little gold deer and cake plate with gold embellishments.
2. set of kitchen canisters for mom.
3. six mugs in white, blue and green that look great in mom's open shelving. the best find of the day by far.
4. small green swan bud vase (or creamer?) for mom.
5. another deer - looks like a frog for arranging flowers. the second of seven deer friends to add to my bookshelf collection.
Ooooo...gotta love a good thrifting day! I especially like the deer flower thing.
